As an independent real estate agent, I believe that the best transactions are never a solo endeavor. Behind the scenes, I have built The Lamont Group, a dedicated team that plays a crucial role in delivering a seamless experience for our clients. While I am the face of the operation, it is this incredible group of professionals who help ensure that every detail is managed with care and expertise.

 

The Lamont Group includes our administrative assistant, Geneva Yu, and our head of marketing and training, Daniella Cautius. My husband and our 2 boys assist with social media management and the daily grind of real estate, allowing me to focus on what I do best—serving my clients. We collaborate with a network of contractors, house cleaners, media teams, landscapers, pest control experts, declutterers, and stagers, all of whom contribute to creating an exceptional real estate experience.

 

My journey has equipped me with a wealth of knowledge, having invested in extensive education—from one-on-one coaching with Tom Ferry and hiring Dan Martel as my business coach to working with my social media coach, Adley from Viralish, and participating in YouTube courses for REALTORS®️ with Karen Carr. I continuously engage in live training calls with industry leaders, take photography courses, and invest in cutting-edge AI camera platforms to refine my skills further. This commitment to growth enables me to provide unparalleled service to my clients while also empowering other agents to succeed.
